True. But the problem is, with a greycard, you have technical perfect picture's. The magic of a photo is the color's temperature. Not every photo needs to look like an industrial commercial photo without the beautiful colors..

Sounds like the problem my band is having. A 5 piece and the guitars are just fuzzy when we all start ripping. Mids are scooped out completely gonna have to ad some mids thanks to this dude! Were running a KranKenstein half stack and Rev SST so its not a power problem. Thanks for the Video man. amps sound killer alone but crappy in the mix did not know what was up and how important mids really were.

You could.. But a talkbox gives you much more pronounced vocal sounds than the built in 8 band vocoder. Try searching 'banshee rocktron' or 'Heil' talkbox. They cost around $150 new.

Yes you can use them as midi controllers i bought a little usb to midi plug from amazon for like 8 dollars dont buy the ons that are like 200 there useless..... Then just plug the IN cord in the OUT of the MK and the the OUT in the IN part for the MK it makes it able to be picked up like a regular keyboard

I watched some of cierseruwal's videos and it seems to me they are painted with the paint brush and anything outside the lines is erased. It's funny you asked about coloring - I am just working on some coloring with Photoshop and Elements and they should be up on my site within a week. Oh ok well I ended up finding the brush settings anyways :P (finally) Could you direct me to a nice coloring tutorial? I love the way cierseruwal colors his drawings but I'm not completely sure with how he does it. I currently just use the pencil tool to draw so that i dont get that fuzzy outline when im coloring with the bucket tool. But it looks like he just manually colors in between all the lines so if thats the case, I guess ill have to try that out.

Why wouid the voltage change with frequency? The two have nothing to do with one another in such a short range. You use 60Hz because it's closest to the middle of the bass band AND most DMMs are designed for 60Hz since that's what house current is.

apparently the game settings for AF are none, 4x or 16x. not sure why he put 4x. He should have been using AAA instead of MSAA in 1080p, the engine this game runs on has barely any aliasing and the AAA does it's job well even on my 19" screen, got 15-20 extra FPS compared to 4xMSAA.

I don't know because I don't know how fast an 4850 is. If you turn down the AA to maybe 2x or non eat all, then maybe it'll increase. AA is a monster when it comes to consuming memory.

thank you very much , ISO has always been a bit of a confusing subject for me, even when shooting in a studio, i would tend to avoid the ISO even if i had it too high, which was making my work too grainy. does anybody know what the best ISO and shutter speed would be for a nice studio shoot, im looking for a natural style image, but i still want it to look very professional. (something warm, not too brightly lit etc)

You probably know this Langley2005, but on the D50 you don't have to ALSO hold down the exposure compensation when changing the iso. you can just hold down the iso button on the back then turn the rear rotation dial.

SmallWorldFilms: Don't be discouraged by the D50 being "old" I have one too and though I'm upgrading to a D90 I don't expect the overall results to be incredibly superior (if you have good lenses). Mainly more pro cameras just make it easier to make good pictures, but don't really make the end result that much superior. Remember... a person who knows what they are doing can do amazing things with a point and shoot whereas a person who has no idea wouldn't be able to get anywhere with a D3! :)

You'll definately be able to play them on max however, on Crysis you FPS will be around the 35FPS mark (depending on your resolution) and I can't say exactly for GTA4. That's similar to my setup apart from I have i7 920 @ 3.4Ghz and 6GB RAM and the same graphics card as you. Also make sure you get a 1024Mb 4870 and not a 512, you'll definitely need that extra VRAM in Crysis.

Newest Nvidia drivers wont allow you to mix ATI+NV as physx. You have to use old driver or apply mod to make it works, physx that is. Oh and vista is a nono.

hey does anybody else get low hit percentages in vats when using AF and AA? i have heard if you turn them off the percentages are much higher.

Woah i just got a great idea - I've got an Ipod Touch and if i get? this hd2, i'll be able to let it be a wi-fi router. Thereafter i'll connect my itouch to it and use any internet applications that is not available on the hd2. This will work for an Ipad as well :)

yh it stays on i couldnt turn it off, so what i did was went to data connection and changed my connection to japan and the company docomo and so when it try to connect it cant cause like u know its connecting to the wrong one and then i just use my wifi :P. ive had it like this for a good month now =D
