duuude at times like these im grateful that i live in bulgaria :) Im 15 years old and i have no problem whatsoever buying alcohol from a normal shop !! Just go in, tell them what I want and walk out a happy camper ! Alcohol here is also cheap as fuck, thats why in the summer when all the tourists come to sunny beach they get wasted. Cigarettes is also no problem at all, I dont smoke, but i have a few friends who do. Just walk into any shop and you can get ciggies and booze :D

I cannot recommend quality CFL lamps enough. If you have a 12W bulb to replace a 60W incandescent bulb - and you buy an expensive one that lasts ~15,000 hours (like Osram brand) that single lamp will save you $200+ over the lamps service life, and will save the environment literally 1,000 lbs CO2 emissions. One bulb. Think about it.

If you are working with an unstable position and are okay with a little bit of noise in the picture, you can also change your ISO setting to a higher level which will allow you to use a quicker shutter speed. If you do have a stabilizer though, you should go with the longer shutter speed and keep the image noise to a minimal. If you want to become a better photographer, try using the manual setting during the day, it will allow you more control and the ability to over expose if you want to.

When you get a shallow depth field during the day, you are still using quick shutter speed. Resulting in the camera only focusing on your main subject. At night, you leave that shutter open longer, allowing more light in, and allowing the camera to focus on the entire scene.

Another small tip is to use a shutter release cable to reduce the amount of vibration in the camera vs. pressing the shutter release button on the camera. If you don't have a shutter release device, use the camera shutter timer so you aren't touching the camera.

But you have to keep in mind that the lower ISO settings will require you to use some sort of stabilization device for your camera or else your photos will be blurry. Wow, I love the side-by-side comparison. It puts things in perspective very well. My new motherboard has SATA III (6Gb/s) connectors so I will be excited when SSDs running on SATA3 are affordable. I would only use the SSD as the system drive (not for music or videos), so 200 GB would be sufficient... but I will wait until it is closer to $1.15 per GB.

The SSD and the HDD both tabbed back into L4D at the exact same time, yet he said the SSD was faster. LOL. The only reason it looked like the SSD was faster was because L4D hadn't played the cutscene yet on the HDD system. However, if you look in the bottom right of both systems, you can see the netgraph (FPS, etc) display at the SAME time for both systems :D PS: I want an SSD, I know they are faster. Just wanted to point that out. I thought it was funny.

Hello. I'm no techie. Not by far and I have heard of these before. I was really interested in purchasing at least an 80gb SSD (for about 200.00) to use as my boot up and program data but my friend advised against it due to concerns revolved around defragmentation and page file usage, resulting in slow downs, halts and eventual destruction of the drive's life span. Does anyone here have good knowledge about these newer drives and do they eliminate these problems? Thanks :)

Look up how it compares I did, just google 2tb caviar black vs velociraptor and youll find more then a few comparison reviews. Considering there price is so close and 2tb is a helllll of a lot more storage ill take the small performance loss in some tests. 64mb cache really helps I think. SSDs do crush even the raptor in burst read and random access though, like NO comparison.

BC2 does have prone, its only on the PC version though. I think its fine without it, if it prevents dolphin diving I'm fine with it. Dolphin diving is going prone in midair, it was the bane of early BF2.

what's with all these negative comments? what she's saying is completely correct, even though this is a pretty basic tutorial. singing with your throat does tire out your vocal cords and damage your throat (it can cause nodes). a number of professional singers have problems with this concept and do get nodes, which can only be removed through surgery and can cause permanent damage to your vocal cords. so don't just scoff at this - what she said is definitely valid to singing.

There is a lot of truth in what she is talking about, if you breath deeply and sing with the diaphragm, the voice will be much more powerful. The best singers know that breathing properly is very important.

I'm not really convinced by your demonstration: when you sing with your throat, you sound very nasal to me, and with too much pressure. When you say you sing with your diaphragm, your voice seems to lose its support and becomes thin and breathy, with less low frequencies. I overall got the impression you tried to sound bad at first, then you sand like a pop singer, but not like a lyrical singer. Thanks for the demo and for further explanations. I'll listen to the video again, though.
